Very professional and competent service at a fair price. The staff are also very courteous, humble, and caring. They completely restored by dented frame, it is now as good as new. This is truly the best autobody shop I have ever visited. The physical location does not look opulent, but the service is exceedingly great. Lakeshore just replaced a broken tailgate handle and locking mechanism on my 2008 Toyota Rav4. They did an excellent job. The new handle and locking mechanism is better than the old parts and the tailgate works better than it did when I picked up my new Rav4 16 years ago.

This shop was amazing to deal with after I had a car accident this winter. They repaired the bumper and front end of my Mercedes and it looks even better than when I bought it. The repairs were done within two days and they even washed and detailed my car - it feels like brand new again! The team communication was great - Tony, Dave, and the lovely receptionist all were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process incredibly easy. Can't recommend the shop enough!

The waiting room and quality at CARSTAR is great and the prices are very reasonable. I had 2 other mechanic shops look at my Civic and they couldn't figure out the issue, one even said to change the differential ($3000), Carstar found the root cause, and not it's perfect for only $645. Honestly, most shop just guess since they don't have the high tech gadgets, so I will also go to Carstar now on. I actually went to Carstar for a collision repair but fortunately I found their mechanic shop too.

My vehicle looks brand new same as day I purchased , they wrote warranty for the repair and they covered my deductible and hardly recommended that place as repair and service.
