Toytech is the best! Brought in my imported Toyota Hilux and the folks at Toytech helped me source parts, and in general, were very kind and generous. They even let me keep my truck at the shop for a few extra days because I wasn't able to come and pick it up immediately. 5/5 stars! Definitely going back to this shop!

I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. First thing he did was give me his pen and let me know this was my decision to sign. Amina helped me with understanding all the paperwork and made sure that there was no questions left unanswered. Overall was the best car buying experience i’ve had.

The staff was not only friendly, patient and accommodating, they were very competent and had great attitudes !!
Ken, Jason and Moe worked together and were able to arrange for my daughter to get her tire replaced and installed immediately after her car was vandalized. She requires her car for her job and they took excellent and immediate care of her and her vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable as well !!

Went to have my all-season exchanged for all-weather recently.

My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

Best mechanic shop I have ever gone to. Marco is the most honest mechanic I have ever seen and not once has he taken advantage of me or anyone in my family. I will only take my vehicle to Marco to fix because he's a GOOD and HONEST mechanic.
I drive a 16 year old gmc and after he fixed the suspension and put new tires on it the thing has been riding like a Cadillac and I enjoy driving it now.
one word to describe the customer service and the quality of the work and that is MAGNIFICENT.

Chandra. Is. Amazing. Period. My uncle and dad introduced me to his business. I have been going for oil changes and have had various problems looked at over the last 3 years or so, including brakes and check engine lights. He has also inspected a vehicle I was selling and barely charged. He NEVER overcharges and he is always fast and reliable he won’t fix things that don’t need fixing but he does extras without piling on cost. An honest honourable reliable place to take your car!!

They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! My wife recently had a scheduled appointment made months in advance. We arrived at the clinic at the appointed time, and like many times before, we were kept waiting almost 1 1/2hrs, before she was taken into a room. One would figure that like any business, they would make appointments according to how many patients can be accommodated. This is in my opinion a poor way to display practices.
