I took a Basic Road Test last October 5 and Dave was my examiner. He was calm, friendly and provided clear instructions all throughout the exam. He made me feel comfortable, less nervous and more confident. Because of this I passed my exam. Please look for Dave at All Licenses Ltd. if you want a stress-free road test exam. I went to this registry for my class 5 road tests.
At first, I was so disappointed after failing twice but I realized that for every failure I made I learnt something. This made me decide to keep going no matter what and how long it takes. Besides, it has to do with age, too.
Finally, at the Nth time, I passed!
Kudos to my three examiners- Ricky, Lisa and Vicky for showing professionalism and giving what one deserves.

I used Vital to do a name change and inquire about getting a birth certificate for a family member who was born in Alberta but residing in BC. Alysa was so efficient and helpful in making all changes I needed and advising to the process of getting the birth certificate.

I had the best experience ever with this registry today! My driver instructor for my Class 5 Basic Exam was so polite and easy going an made the whole experience way less nerve racking. Amanda who was the registry agent who helped me is such a sweetheart and totally amazing, I couldn't thank her enough! Would recommend this registry to anyone who may be considering getting their road test done here! Such an awesome staff!

Pam is one of your service representatives and honestly the world needs more people just like her in it. I lost my D/L and forgot my bank card. I went outside to transfer money to my daughter’s acct and pay with her card, but Pam came out and told me to come inside. She secretly paid for it herself. All of the staff are amazing!! Fast, friendly, and efficient, what else could you ask for? Being a new driver I was a bit nervous about getting everything set up to register a new car. I was also nervous about parking in 30 minute only parking. We got out in 12 minutes, and the guy was funny and awesome. Wish I got his name to mention him.
