once again Richard saves the day! Had my Tiguan in for oil change and check engine light FLASHING !!!! Scary! FIXED ! And through all this nasty cold snap (longest since 1998-and not done yet) she has amazed me just by starting! I am so glad to have a trustworthy mechanic who knows what to look for and how to solve problems !

I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. First thing he did was give me his pen and let me know this was my decision to sign. Amina helped me with understanding all the paperwork and made sure that there was no questions left unanswered. Overall was the best car buying experience i’ve had.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Have been going to this dealership for service for 7 yrs first with my Mazda 3 and now with my CX5. Service is always great never an issues. I have owned a few Honda Accords for over 20 years, I always trusted the Honda dealerships for repairs. After getting some very expensive quotes from the dealerships I decided to look for a reputable Honda repair shop that might have more reasonable pricing. I read lots of reviews and decided on Wilson's Auto Tech. Twice Wilson was able to fix my older Honda for significantly less. We were thrilled. He is very honest, not over selling, very efficient and customer service oriented business.

I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !
