I've been to Harry's on multiple occasions with different groups of people. Have been pleasantly suprised each time with great food and excellent service. The pizza is homemade and very tasty. Wings are good, but not their specialty. Pasta is excellent is as well. Beer on tap is fresh (usually have Stella) and haven't had any issues. This is a great place to visit for lunch, after work with the guys (they have pool tables upstairs) or on a date with that special girl. A rare treat! Lire plus

Today was the first day I had been there in years, and things have changed... For the better :) I took my children there so they could see the streetcar like I did when I was younger. All of the staff was warm and welcoming, the streetcar was closed when I arrived but they overheard my childrens disappointment and opened the doors just for us. We were served promptly, and our food was ready in no time. Which I know for me is important when you take out your kids cause they can be soo impatient. My burger was cooked just the way I like it and my cheese was actually melted on which doesn't always happen in the fast food business. The onion rings were a little different than what I remember but they had a good combination of a crisp outside and a soft batter inside. My kids had more of my shake then I did but they seemed to love it lol. I will deffinately be goin back this summer on my way tothe cottage, it's so worth waiting for. Oh. Before I forget, parents be warned they don't have kids burgers, only nuggets which I thought were actually a great portion size. Oh and they're a cash only business they have an ATM, the only annoying thing about stopping in was the people in front of me in line didn't see the signs that clearly say cash only and held every one up. I visited Swiss Chalet with low expectations. My four year old son was excited about the toys they offered so we went for a quick dinner. I was pleasently surprised. We sat with a young waitress who I unfortunatly also held low expectations for. At such a young age I doubted that she knew much...however she provided us with better service than we had recieved in a chain..maybe ever. She brought our meals promptly, was attentive, we didnt need to ask for refills, and when my son spilt on himself, she cleaned it all up and even stopped his crying. The food wasn't great, but as long as you have service like that, I would be back anytime. Lire plus

While driving around the scenic Caledon Hills with two friends, we stopped for lunch at Tom's Family Restaurant. The service was warm and friendly, the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing, and the food was perfect for our needs - we didn't want an upscale, fancy restaurant, just a casual, friendly place with good food. I had some of the best fish & chips I've ever had. I couldn't resist trying the homemade strawberry-rhubarb pie, and it didn't disappoint - it was heavenly! My two friends were equally pleased with their meals. I would definitely come back to Tom's! Lire plus

I attend this restaurant regularly mon-fri for the 3.99 breakfast deal and occasionally we go there for the chicken tenders platter for dinner. I love the service but only when Andrea serves myself and my wife, before that we had gone through waitress after waitress getting crapy service and leaving the girls without a tip as they would never come and check on us until it was time to pay, but when we learned we could request the waitress we wanted everything got soooo much better. This girl is on fire! she has a bubbly attitude and knows what you want when you want it. Shes the best waitress any restaurant could ask for and I wish we could clone her for other restaurants. The food is great and we love the french toast!! and OMG the honey dijon mustard is crazy and out of this world!!! order that with the chicken tenders and I swear you will be one happy customer! Had the Jacs sub for dinner last night. The Jalapeno cheese bread is Fantastic, there was lots of meat and tasted very fresh. Toppings and sauces were all free and they have a grill which I prefer over just toasting. Great staff and the new owner is very friendly. Will be back again to try the shack. Lire plus
