I went looking for rock climbing shoes. A salesperson directed me right over to the corner stocked with shoes, bags, chalk, rope, and other gear. I'm a complete newbie, but Bob talked me through the types of soles, linings, closures, materials, cuts, downturn etc. He even helped me pick out brands and styles of shoes and gave fitting advice while I tried on no less than 5 pairs of shoes. Bob was exceedingly patient with me. He made my shopping trip a great one. Thanks!

No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?

We decided to give Miltons another try since it's been a while that we've gone. We were pleasantly surprised. The inside of the restaurant has been revamped, and the food quality and portion sizes have returned to previous days. We stopped our weekly night outs here when they changed the sizes and prices, but the group will definitely be returning. You've changed our opinion with positive change. Well done!

In 2012, Dr. Ivan Tucakov saved my life. I went there for a regular check-up after receiving his brochure in the mail. During the 1st visit, Dr.Tucakov noticed a suspicious spot on my tongue & immediately sent me to Sunnybook to an oral pathologist. In one weeks time, I was diagnosed with a very aggressive, life threatening type of Cancer. It had already progressed to Stage 3. If it werent for Dr.Tucakovs immediate action, the cancer would have surely spread and I wouldnt be alive. Thank YOU!

I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. Ennio's never fails to please! Last night we were in a bit of a rush as we had concert tickets. Explained to our waitress who speeded up the process by getting us our invoice very quickly. Typically order with Uber eats. Tends to arrive in 20 min or less! That is pretty good for delivery in my opinion. Can improve on the delivery fee though, 6 dollars is a bit much without considering tip on top of that.

Bought a new stationary bike and rowing machine. When Adam came to put the equipment together, it turned out the seat on the bike was broken. They were very responsive and apologetic and not only replaced the seat, but actually exchanged the entire bike. Great service. Would definitely get all our equipment from HomeFit Kitchener.
