went in for shellac for the first time ever.. just grew out my nails and was scared she would file them all off but she didn’t! she shaped them beautifully and perfectly! i got a french tip and they look amazing! very cheap too!

Christine did a wonderful job on my hair. I had put an amber colour on, which I quickly decided had been a big mistake. My regular stylist was unavailable and I was very eager to fix my self-inflicted disaster. Christine very carefully coloured and highlighted my hair to it's former tones. I was delighted and grateful to have "myself" back. We spent the the three hours getting to know each other and sharing many laughs. So a potential disaster ended happily for me. Great job! Much thanks!

Hidden Gem right here in Welland ! Anyone looking for a great place to get your hair done look no further... This Salon was such a good experience for my mom and i that i thought i needed to share our experience. Being new to Welland it has been a challenge to find a good salon with qualified and professional stylist . My search is over ! I was admiring a friend's hairstyle and she told me to go to Grottola's Salon and Spa. I am so glad I did. I love what they did with my hair. They are very knowledgeable about individual hair needs and they have products for every hair type. They know what hair style works for each individual and everyone I saw there getting their hair done, had such a flattering cut. Great service, nice people, and very nice welcoming environment. I highly recommend them.

absolutely the best team work of colourists and stylists I have ever met. Maya was my stylist but they consulted one another as a team. They listened to my vision & together used experience, skill and talent to create a matched by beautiful sliver grey hair growing in to my old coloured blond/red on the bottom 1/2 of my hair. They are personable, skilled, knowledgeable artists who know how to tweek highlight colour, foil blending, toner and timing to create a seamless match of my natural colour.

I went for a quick cut and brought my 22 month old son (who had never had a hair cut yet) The stylist a brunette maybe about 60 was so kind, and even gave Sammy a much-needed trim and didn't charge me for him at all. My haircut was great and Sammy's was adorable. She did it quickly and kept him engaged the whole time, which is a huge feat in itself!!! I will definitely be going back for myself, and my son. PS, the pricing is so affordable, I was very impressed. Lindsay
