I moved up to the sault about a year ago and tried diffrent vets. This is our place. I love DR. Poitras and Dr. Seaworthy. Our english bulldog Louie loves the staff and we love the staff there. Good friendly service. We would not go anywhere else. They are excellent and have great hearts. They are realistic. Our breed of dog can be very expensive with lots of health isssues and they take care of us very well. Would not go anywhere else for a fur baby.prices are good.

We went in from Thessalon to have our summer tires put on. When the winter tires were removed, they discovered that the brakes were shot. The only issue I have with Purolator is that, in my opinion, the drivers don't wait long enough after knocking or ringing the doorbell. This isn't a Purolator only issue. Canada Post and any other service seems to have the same issue. I understand the drivers can't wait around all day for slow moving people, but I have heard them, gone to the door, and watched the truck drive away. Have been very happy with politeness and friendliness of drivers and store front staff.

The food was amazing as usual the only thing that was disappointing is when our table asked for extra bread they said they have a new policy that they have to charge $0.50 for each bun they bring to the table after the initial bread. And they leave it up to the poor waitresses to tell the table that I think they should have a note in their menu. Or maybe start asking customers if they actually want the bread before they bring it to the table.

We were travellers passing through and the brakes of our VW van broke. At auto works they expedited the order of the new parts.
We are grateful for their customer service, speedy delivery of service and expert knowledge. This may have come at a premium cost, but due to the quickness of their service, it was well worth it. Very satisfied with their work. (canadian tire said it would take 7 days, and it took them 2days).
We highly recommend this mechanic for a friendly at professional job.

I had lost my debit card and my boyfriend was in dyer need of a pair of work boots for the following morning. I was having horrible day and losing my debit card was just one of many things that went wrong. This man made my day. And I appreciate his trust in me to come back and pay.
