Called for service in the morning with leaking furnace and a representative (Brandon) came to the house just after lunch. Introduced himself and inspected the furnace. Happened to be a back up of condensation from the AC coil. Inspected the coil cleaned the drains and checked subsequent operation. All was good and just need to watch it in the future. Provided me with cost estimates for a new coil and new on demand water heater for future reference. Very professional and recommend! Thanks

Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.

I was most impressed with the workmanship and the care taken to install my new furnace. My old furnace had a hodgepodge of connections to my forced air system. This was all stripped out and a custom connection replaced all the old system. The work was done in a timely fashion and my new system is working wonderfully well.. Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. A Saturday afternoon, with frigid below 0C temps and high winds buffeting us when I see a leak in the exposed sewage line. Called Drain Pro, who sent us a plumber as soon as he could get here. Alex rooted out the line (massive root and frozen blockage!) within an hour and got all running smoothly. Whew!
And to top it all off, Alex was extremely friendly and tireless. Especially considering the far from comfortable conditions. Left us feeling safe and relieved! Drain Pro definitely will continue

What can I say, every member of the team was so helpful and patient.Calls were returned so promptly that it took my by surprise. My husband recently passed away and I needed to switch from electric heating to gas in my new home.To complicate things, gas had to be brought in from the main line to the house. Our hot water tank gave out and flooded our basement over the weekend. The first appointment wasn’t until Tuesday but mainline assured me that they would get the work done on Monday and make sure we had hot water.
Not only did the techs stay super late on a Monday night to make it happen, Mainlines price was $200 cheaper than their competition.

Excellent service and quality workmanship! I am so pleased that I found Dunn. They made my Central Air so much more efficient by reversing the Return and Supply vents in the upstairs. Now the cool air is evenly distributed throughout the house. I had originally called to have a unit installed, but they saved me about $3000 and even moved my furnace to create more room in my basement. Wow!
