As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Bought my 185 Hurricane with 150 hp Evunrude from Bay Marine about 8 years ago. Courteous and very helpful sales staff at that time. 200 hours later I needed a new water pump and housing due to operating ar very sandy beaches. Jeff and his service staff went out of their way to have the repair done on time so that we could accommodate some guests. I had the best experience and procedure done at Guelph Line Dental. I was able to get into see my dentist the same day and that is what I value about Guelph line dental. The procedure was one of the best I have ever experienced. I never once felt afraid as they prepared me before, communicated with me during and insured I knew what to do post surgery.
