I was very impressed with the staff, as they take their time looking after your wants and needs. There was no rush to finish up and pay. I have a geriatric Aussie (13+ years of age), who used to go to a daycare/groomer on a regular basis. Unfortunately, this daycare closed during the pandemic. I was very fortunate to bump into "Happy Pet Spa" for Sky's grooming needs. Being a concerned owner, I am always worried about how my baby is handled when I am not around. I was very pleased with the result, but more importantly, Sky seemed very relaxed and happy when we met again. A BIG thanks to the groomer in particular.

My husband and I went for lunch on a Wednesday.
There were quite a few customers enjoying their meal.
The 1/4 chicken dinner was delicious. Home made fries (not frozen), a fresh Italian style roll, and Swiss Chalet dipping sauce., and of course, the rotisserie chicken. Good Canadian food at it’s best! Not too spicy, with lots of flavour. Very satisfying.
And did I mention the friendly service? The owner even came to our table to ensure we were well taken care of. Halibut is also excellent.!

I’ve been going here for years for all my skate sharpening needs and all of my bike tune-ups. Always quick, and super knowledgeable and friendly.
This place is HUGE and has just about every sport under the sun. I picked up a pair of snowshoes here the same day that I picked up some new basketball shoes and a new Edmonton Oilers jersey.

Stayed at a nearby hotel downtown Edmonton, they are just down the street. Great service, and great food. I could taste the quality in the home made chips and dip. Beef stew with creme fresh was great and thick. Flattens sourdough toast was a eye catching and flavorful accompaniment. Rosemary chicken sandwich with salad was tasty and fresh. Ordered without the BBQ sauce on the sandwich. Not a sauce fan. Drinks were perfect. A great place for a cozy diner. Ambiance is just right. Will be back.
