When my relatively new (3 years old) Sears snowblower died, and Sears refused to help me, I asked Pat's if they could take a look at it. After finding the problem, Don explained exactly what they found wrong, what work was needed to repair the engine, and what the repair would cost me. It was well worth having it repaired. Great work, and very friendly people to deal with. Thanks Don.

Bought glasses Vaseema the Optician was very patiently explained me how to choose frames. The price was very reasonable. I thought the quality of lenses will be cheap for the price I paid but the vision was better than the glasses I bought before for other store in Ajax. Definitely recommend! I went there to get my female rabbit fixed. They phoned me the day before the procedure to make sure I brought everything she needed. They ended up giving her an IV and didn't charge me for it (extra $55). The surgery price was very reasonable. They also called me the day after the procedure to make sure she was doing well, as well as the following day. It has now been two weeks since, and she is doing amazing. Her hormones have settled, and she has become less aggressive.

I have gone to this office for many years and have found everyone very kind and professional. The advanced MAP readings are terrific and have pointed out problems that an optometrist may not see the conventional way. There is a handy optical centre right in the office where you can fill your prescription right away. There are only two downfalls and both the reason I have to leave. There is not enough parking nor is it handicap accessible. Too bad really but I imagine with the stringent disability laws coming out they will either get a ramp, elevator or move so they will not be in violation.
