This is a great store. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and guided me into finding the perfect dog food for my sweet difficult dog Hunny. They also helped me in getting the best food for my cats. I am very happy about that my pet foods and litter are made in the Province of Quebec Canada thank you.

Laura is a gem, and I am so grateful to have her amazing services and expert knowledge. The selection of products and food is by far, the best, I’ve seen in the surrounding area. When my 15 year old tabby was managing his last weeks of life with cancer, Laura was always there to provide me with her knowledge and thoughts on the type of food he might like. October 3 2015 we took our new puppy Sasha For the entire work on our Sasha washing, clipping to our content with there work and a wonderful job well done from the staff. She Sasha is our second pup next to Whisper who past away years ago was also groomed at Pet Smart and jobs were also well done.

Tres chaleureux et accueillant come petit commerce. Ma petite princess ce fais toujours toilleter chez nutri-ami. Je suis vraiment satisfaite avec leur service et bon prix sur la nourriture. Je vous conseil fortement d'aller faire un tour.

We are always quick to report poor customer service however I would like to report the wonderful customer service I always receive in the Smith Falls location. Daryl, who served me to-day and the young lady working with him (01/25/19 - 11:40 AM) are the most helpful employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with, each and every visit! Absolutely love this pet store, Ive been dozens of times, and still continue to go. The staff is knowledgeable and doesnt mind taking the time to explain things properly. Ive only ever had healthy pets come from them, and they all seem to come from reputable breeders. Well worth the 5 star rating.

Amazing! I had my dog fixed last week and the service was amazing. They were very clear on the pre op instructions, and I knew exactly what to expect from start to finish. My dog can be hard to handle but the team there was amazing with him. They even called afterwards to see how he was healing. 5 stars to the team across the board. I would recommend this vet and team to any loving pet owners. Thank you from Steve:) My dog is back to himself not even 5 days later!
