Great dentist and a great clinic. Our kids love him and the hygienists , Lauren and Melissa. I always hated getting cleanings but he uses and ultra sonic scaler which is high powered water instrument so no picking and scratching and blood! My teeth have never Looked so white and felt so good. The pricing is fair. We have 100% coverage and with other dentists we received a bill for the eXtra charges. This is becausedentists can bill over the Ontario fee guide if they want, but insurance only covers fair market value for the work. So at this clinic we do not have to pay extra. Thanks to everyone at the clinic -see you in 6 months for our next cleanings. Lire plus

I found this dental office spontaneously when I needed an emergency root canal and they were in the same building as my old job. I have a severe phobia of dental work and I can't say enough great things about this place. All the staff is very supportive and understanding. They all work together to make me as comfortable as possible each and every visit. The hygienists are so gentle and understanding and take their time when they know you are frightened. Enter the actual dentist, doctor Kachuk, who is just as supportive and understanding, and is truly excellent at his craft. He let me set my own pace until I started feeling more comfortable. With his fantastic work I now have about ten years of waiting dental work finished and couldn't be happier. Short version: amazing dentist, go here. Lire plus

Honestly great dental work, I've never had an issue and my issues have always been resolved very well. However, as other reviews have mentioned I would appreciate if Doctor Johnston treated her staff with more respect. They work quite hard and I feel very awkward when they are chastised in front of me after what I thought was stellar work on my cleaning and X-rays. Lire plus

A few years ago, came in with an infected tooth. I was in pain. The dentist on staff was actually an Endodontist. Told me upfront they could take it now NOW. I despise extractions. The tooth was pretty rotten but he got it out in three pieces quickly and easily and I even held the male assistants hand (because I was obviously anxious). It was as good experience, good extraction. I have always had exemplary work done at this clinic. Lire plus
