Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done. They ran into unexpected problems along the way but kept a positive attitude. They cleaned work areas up when finished. I highly recommend Lavenders.

I was going to be away for work so I was hoping that what I described I was looking for would turn out. I took their recommendation on the flooring company to choose (I LOVE MY FLOOR-Stone & Stix). Al was the only person we could find that was qualified and willing to repair the mess left with the engineered flooring and landings on our stairs and the porcelain tile at the front entrance and bath that Les Sprowl made when he originally installed it. Al ripped out the entire mess, and replaced all the flooring on the stairs and landings. He also tore out the tile and discovered there had been no leveling prior to installing the tile. He did everything 100% correctly. Excellent Work!
