I spoke Brandon today about a tire we needed repaired and he was extremely helpful and kind. I cannot say enough about his kindness and how compassionately he treated my son and myself. I did a lot of research into winter tires, and as I have just moved to Spruce Grove I went into the Kal Tire store. I have been in the auto industry for 40 years and was amazed how well I was looked after. It was suggested that the winter tires on my Ford Edge would save me money and get great performance would be Sumitomo Ice Edge, Plus they gave me discounts I did not ask for. Excellent work for a great rate . Needs an answering machine as it hard to get prices on tires because l can't wait on the phone, after 15 minutes l hang up and I still haven't gotten pricing on new travel trailer tires and I have tried at least 4 times . If there was an answering machine I could leave my number for them to call me at their convenience. Lire plus

I brought my vehicle into them with a tire problem on short notice. They took the vehicle in, was able to solve the problem and have my vehicle ready when I needed it. As a female I was concerned where to take my car for repairs. I was told Mark and the Staff at Tirecraft were trustworthy and take pride in every job, big or small. This turned out to be 100% correct. Their complimentary shuttle is convenient, and while waiting to pick up my vehicle enjoy fresh coffee as well as a friendly smile from Management and Staff. I've been to a lot of various auto shops in my life and the service at this particular Tirecraft beats them all. Granted, I was only there to patch a flat tire, but I was quoted with a simple price and that was exactly what I paid. No surprise costs or assessments, no hassle, no trying to get me to buy all new tires. They even threw the tire back on my car, made sure my spare was full of air, and reattached the spare for me. The helpful owner of the shop, Bill Parks, even gave me some pertinent tips about car care. He says he and his son run the shop with a philosophy of honesty and educating the customer. Although you need an appointment most of the time, I highly recommend giving them a try. And they do all sorts of stuff aside from tires. "Nearly everything but transmissions," he told me. Lire plus
