    I love my new bathroom!

    Cristal Tile World has just finished a renovation of our 30 year old bathroom. We found the experience to be much more enjoyable than expected and will recommend Cristal Tile to everyone we know. The installers were very professional and we recieved excellent design advice while we were trying to decide on tiles and a cabinet for the room. Prices were very reasonable compared to other estimates we got.

    I'd suggest using someone else

    Requested information and pricing on tile for a feature wall in my home. Forwarded measurements as requested - received no e-mail or phone call as promised. Called again and was advised my request had been flagged and given to the person responsible. After several days called again - salespersons are rude and uncaring in my opinion. Neighbors who used Crystal Tile had similar experience and recommended not using them. Obviously customer service is of no interest to them. Sorely disapopointed.

We are very grateful to our previous customers for their support and consitent referals, their dedication and loyalty has contributed immensely to our success and growth over the years. Unfortunately, our high standards and a slim employee market has left us temporarily short staffed. We apologize for not getting an estimate to you in a timely manner and wish you success in your renovation.
