Koltech windows and doors Nova Scotia took 8 months to manufacture a black framed custom exterior door. Baked on paint is flaking off a year later and their promise to resolve was made six weeks ago...no word. Overpriced and terrible service would never recommend.

I am a sub-contractor, that ordered windows from Kohltech. We waited 2 months on order and the representative working in the company has been dodging our calls, emails, and wanting answers to our order completion dates. No response. The representative has been away from office for over 2 months no response. Where is my order and how come the quality of service is terrible when we paid in full and no reply after they received our payment. We have been getting the run and around.

We had 2 windows replaced from Kohltech - the installers broke the first one and then the repairs by Kohltech were terrible. A big drip of caulking in between the panes. Out it goes. The next version, still full of smudges, dust, hair, and it just gets worse over time. It's spring and I have the joy of finding new marks between the panes. I suspect 2 years in and the seals are gone. A total waste of $1000s.
