I have been to this location on 2 separate occasions for parts on a Hover upright and a Miele Compact. Not only both times I was greeted immediately and given replacement parts at no cost, I was in and out in under 5 mins.
They have earned all my future personal and business purchases! Incredible service!

I went to Vacuums R Us on 66th Ave, 99th Street. I would rate this business 10 out of 10. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to give you the best possible service. I would recommend Vacuums R Us to all my friends and family.

Shopping for a gift for a 5 year old is never easy so I went directly to where I knew I could find her something she could like. Toys R Us always meets my expectation for finding the right gift. While I may have gone there to find a gift for a 5 year old, I was blown away by their selection of electronic, their video games and other practical gifts that almost anyone would love. The prices are not as low as Walmart, but shopping there is definitely less hassle than fighting threw crows at people at Walmart. Even I was a little taken back by their tremendous amount of Barbies and board games. My own problem with Toys R Us is the lack of staff available to help. They really need less people working the cash machine and more people tending to customers trying to reach higher item toys.

They did a wonderful job and were super honest. I came to here because I wish all businesses were much like them. They gave me a quote of 60-150 on a phone that I ran over and ended up charging me $60 even though they could have charged me $150 as I agreed to the price range. Love their honesty.

Last friday it was games night at our place, turns out we didnt have any board games, so we went to Toys R Us, these guys have walls of board games, we picked up 3 games. Settlers of Catan, Risk & Monopoly, needless to say we are now the games capital of our friends. If you are looking for a great selection in either toys or board games then please go down and take a look for your self
