Got tires here a while ago, sorry for the late review—great customer service (for me and the many walk ins that came to the desk while I was waiting) and no problems with install and product! Very professional.

i cannot day enough good things about this place! Not only are they super helpful and friendly, they truly go the extra mile. When I went to book my spring tune up, Will sounded confused as they had already checked my car for free when I had my summer tires put on! As a woman, I find that I am always treated with respect which has not always been my experience at other places.

Booked online to get 2 winter tires on A WEEK in advance, had to take work off early to make appointment . When I got there they said must of been a ‘glitch’ on online booking because they will only change over 4 winter tires. Man at the front desk was very nice, but I could of gone elsewhere/getting tires in the WEEK leading up to my appointment or lack there of. Very frustrating. Could of been prevented.

Misplaced my tire...

Misplaced my tires, lost my metal valve stem covers. I've always gone to this location because of the front end staff and owner, but those back end staff sending me on a goose chase to find my tires in their back stock yard is not acceptable. I don't go there anymore.

The customer serv...

The customer service from the guys in the front is awesome. But I definitely wouldn't recommend going there until they hire some new guys in the back. They scratched my wheels quite a bit and didn't bother to help me when I was loading them into my car.

Once again the best tire shop on Sherwood Park comes through, another successful visit is why we buy all our tires and get service there.

My family has frequented this particular outlet for many years. The service (both to the customer and the autmobile) have always been outstanding!
