    Katie White is not only a great RMT but also a great Soma Yoga teacher. Through massage and Soma Yoga my RSI is non-existent.

    Katie's business ...

    Katie's business is above all, professional and confidential. I always feel very refreshed and relaxed and well looked after when I see her for a massage. Her business, I think, should be called, 'Heaven on Earth.' I recommend Katie's business and will continue to come to her.

    Katie White, RMT ...

    Katie White, RMT of Courtenay massage therapy is having Soma Yoga classes At Fitness Excellence this fall (2015) she demonstrates Somatic movements with gentle yoga poses. I highly recommend it, especially for people who work at desk jobs, have pain or injuries.
