Bought a leopard gecko here a few months ago he has had no health complications and eats like a champ! I Get all my feeders from here at decent prices, they have even ordered rarer feeders on request. The staff has always been friendly and I have easily been able to return things. They give good care to their reptiles which is more than can be said for most pet stores.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful and the owner really knows her stuff.

Healthy inventory of fish and helpful staff. Willing to try and bring fish in on request. I by the majority of my sw supplies from them and have bought all of my freshwater afish as well as a few reptiles here with great care.

Called my 77 year old aunt today and having spent her first Xmas and New Years alone she thought a budgie would be nice company.I live in central B.C so I called Courtney pet centre and asked if they could put a package together and deliver it to her,they responded no they don,t do that ,I offered to pay for there time and was turned down.I called Shar-Kare pet service and they were very happy to do that for her.need I say more ..

bullies harassing me when i wanted to buy a rodent for my son but they kept calling him a girl they have no respect for anyone who goes in there i know too many people who have had a hard time buying animals for there kids mine included dont go here

Answered the phone 30mins before open hours. Was happy to help with my fish questions & offered practical advise. They had everything in stock for my needs. Staff is friendly polite & helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

It was an awful experience. The selection of small animals was very limited nothing like described. The hamsters appeared near fully grown, and they had no babies. The baby rats were housed on top of each other practically and would only sell two at a time. When I got the critter home he ate non stop.
