Cosmo Tailoring Alteration

I took my wedding dress and my mom took a pair of pants here. My mom's pants were not done. Olga made no mention when my mom went to pick them up that she couldn't do what she wanted. When I went to pick my wedding dress up the bustle, shoulders and panel were not done at all. I had to wait another two weeks and she told me the dress was done. I tried it on again and the panel and bustle still had the pins in it. The bustle kept coming undone during the wedding and wouldn't hold!

I first went to Cosmo 4 yrs ago in a panic when I needed something before a business trip. The owner Olga stayed late that evening so I could pick up my jacket in time. Since then, I've been a regular customer. The quality of work is excellent (European touch) and the turnaround time is great. Olga will spend the time for multiple fittings to make sure items are tailored for a perfect fit and will make any adjustments needed to make sure you're happy. I strongly recommend Cosmo Tailoring.

Super poor customers service

Dropped something off that the owner said she could have done by June. It's 3 months later I have called 3 times asking about my item and when it's going to be done. Owner was super rude and told me she has been putting it on the back burner because "she just doesn't make that much money fixing it" and I can keep waiting as she continues to put people infront of me, or I can pick it up and take it somewhere else. Not how you run a business. Everyone you deal with matters!
