Tyler charger a preauth of $950 without giving the deposit amount over the phone. Prices were higher than listed online, and nowhere did it say prices were subject to change without notice. Nor does it list online the $95 drop off fee. Tyler did not offer a copy of the paper my husband signed at drop of. Upon asking when we would receive information, he stated it would be that night.
