Happy Baby Cheeks makes cloth diapering so easy! We have used Happy Baby Cheeks since 2020 when our first child was born and have now been using them for our second. Their pick up and delivery time is very reliable week to week and the diapers are great quality and always incredibly clean and ready to use. It is easy to adjust amounts and sizes as your baby grows and communication has always been very clear and friendly. It feels great to not be making so much waste. We love Happy Baby Cheeks!

Nothing but problems with the company from day one. Incorrect invoicing multiple times, missing items from shipments, switched delivery dates once service was already paid for. On a phone conversation with the owner she said refunds would be no problem, a month later when I needed to cancel she comes up with a 20% processing fee on top of the one month penalty. Paid $700 for 6 months of service plus a diaper pail, she kept $300. Unprofessional, disorganized and dishonest.

Everything about this service, the cost, efficiency, and ease, makes it ideal for families with new kids. We always give it as a gift to our friends with newborns.

We’re closing in on our first week of a six-week free trial from the Happy Baby Cheeks Cloth Diaper Delivery Service. I have to say that I was a bit nervous to try cloth, but I was promptly put at ease with Happy Cheek’s customer service. This family-owned business knows their diapers. They knew exactly what I needed as a first time cloth user. All I had to do was tell them the age and weight of my son and they delivered exactly what I needed.
