rude, ugly people. They called me a scumbag because i had a mustard stain on my baseball jersey. i told them i was from Surrey, they laughed and renamed me the Surrey douche bag!!! I felt humiliated, they would not stop laughing and pointing their bony fingers at me.

Rude, mean man behind the counter! Their website is very misleading. They are not as helpful, empathic or kind as they made themselves sound.
