At the corner of Granville and Georgia, you’ll find a fan-favourite in the Vancouver street-food scene. Featuring fresh local and sustainable fare, The Kaboom Box offers you the Best of BC. When you walk up to this delightful food truck, Andy Fielding and his friendly team will happily prepare any of their yummy eats, including fresh hot smoked grilled salmon sandwiches, artisanal veggie burgers, fish and chips, and local venison burgers.

“Honestly, we just have a real passion for serving people good food. We have a lot of fun doing it and making them happy. Everyone who works on the food truck is great, we only hire GREAT people! Everyone that comes to see us can expect an awesome experience!” beams Andy.

Menu MENU - The Kaboom Box (Food Truck)

Oyster Po'Boy

Locally and sustainably harvested oysters, panko breaded and fried, served with our house-made tartar sauce and signature slaw. Messy and delicious!

Venison Burger

Sustainably raised, the venison burger is lean and tasty! Served with a dash of maple-mustard, mayo and organic mixed greens, it's the burger that makes you feel good.

Veggie Burger

Locally and hand-made. Made with mushrooms, oats, brown rice, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, onions, garlic and love. Quickly becoming a must-have for Vancouver vegetarians and vegans.

Fish and Chips

Made with two large strips of wild caught and Oceanwise Certified Pacific Cod, this Kaboom Box specialty is prepared with a light tempura batter and served hot with our signature house-made slaw, house-made tartar sauce and crispy fries. Guaranteed good!

Oysters and Chips

Locally harvested, big and plump, panko-breaded. These oysters are BC's best and served with our natural-cut fries, house made tartar sauce and house-made slaw.

House Salad w/ fillet of Salmon

-- Organic greens, dried cranberries, candied almonds and a fillet of our world-famous hot-smoked, BC salmon.
