Nice matresses. Decent selection in-store. I wish their delivery was free!

Excellent customer service!

We ordered furniture over 2 months ago after them telling us we'd have it within 2 weeks. We have to keep calling them to follow up as to where things are at. Service representatives are not understanding and they don't seem empathetic after already selling our furniture and us having to sit on lawn furniture. We will go somewhere else next time.

Each person and interaction is quite different but it sickens me the way Ashley's has made a mess of my moms order over and over again then finally she is getting her fridge and BAM... my mom calls becuz it wasn't delivered and they cancelled the order after the lady yesterday said it was there and ready... I am so upset and the worst part I mean people make mistakes but the worst part is that they haven't offered her any kind of apology or anything for this. Never been treated that way b4.😢

Had a wonderful experience buying at Ashley. After having been severely let down by a competitor in the community, my wife and I decided to try Ashley. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly young sales lady who was most helpful. The Manager even came by and chatted for a few minutes with us to make sure we were finding everything we needed. The store was quite busy that day but they didn't make us feel rushed! Would highly recommend Wade (General Manager) and his team. We will be back!
