Don't call this guy or get him to do any work for you. Had the misfortune of hiring him to install a water softener system. He broke a sediment filter upon installation and never replaced, said I didn't need it anymore, which was wrong. Then a year and half later the system started to fail and he won't even return my call to fix or warranty the product. Lesson learned. Do not call this guy.

Excellent service. Fast, efficient & affordable. Have used several times now. Always goes above and beyond. Most recently installed a dishwasher, garburator and fixed our septic pump. On top of all the plumbing work, he also fixed a bunch of shoddy electrical and even did some carpentry so the dishwasher fit better. Cant recommend this guy highly enough!

Had water pressure issues called Jeff he diagnosed it over the phone said it was the pressure switch. Told me he was running 24/7 now and asked what time was best I said anytime during the week after 4pm or weekend is fine. Told me he can’t to after 4 because it’s the end of his day and weekends won’t work. Settled on a weekday morning changed the pressure switch, next morning lost pressure again contacted him saying lost pressure and tried to book another appointment no answer back at all

Contacted Jeff regarding a repair to a broken water line. He called me back right away and even though the job was outside his abilities he still attended my residence that day, assessed the problem and recommended someone who could fix the problem I had with no expectation of payment. Left a very positive impression and understands how to provide quality customer service regardless of the circumstances. Will be calling him for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Jeff has helped us out quite a few times and he's the only guy I would trust to do any work at our house. Jeff knows what he's doing and will try and save you money if he can. Always friendly, courteous and honest!

Booked appointment; he came said job too big for his time. Put a bandaid on the problem said he would come back. Weeks later I call book appointment again...this time never showed up or even called.

Tank alarm went off - tank was not pumping out and had high level and municipality figured it was a burned out pump due to a crimped hose. Jeff checked the wiring, replaced the burnt wire connectors, removed the air lock in the pump, and got it operational in 45 minutes. 1.5 hours from when I called. Solid work and reasonable cost.

Jeff is awsome! he follows through and gets the job done he's reasonably priced works very hard and wouldn't trust anyone else.

Jeff arrived within the stated half hour on a miserable Saturday afternoon. Got right to the job and solved our plumbing problem in a professional and courteous manner. Very pleased with the service and will call him again when the need arises again.

As a landlord, I had to hire Jeff to do a repair at one of my rental homes. He was extremely prompt returning my call, and was polite dealing with me over the phone and with my tenants while doing the repair. Jeff did a great job as well. I would definitely hire him again.
