I was waiting for like 20 min to buy a phone with my 2 years old son and the attendant literally asked me to tone my son down because he was trying to talk over the phone .
Then he took too ppl that walked after I was there to finally when was no one there he decided to help me .

Worst manager and service ever. They took my payment for a new phone but would not accept my BC ID. Was very rude to me and would not give me what I paid for. I ended up getting a better deal at a different location, and had to go through the hassle of customer service for hours to be refunded properly. Very unimpressed with her prejudice when my same ID is used for EVERYTHING else here. I got a phone in March 2020 with this ID from another Rogers. During covid? Shame on them 100% worst location
