    The mountain Rd location has the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I'm not normally one to take the time to rate a business but they deserve this.

    As a small company we try to address all issues that come to our attention. If we have not served you professionally or politely please contact me so we can rectify this problem. Our customer service is as equally important as our quality of dry cleaning.

    Pire service recu...

    Pire service recue à Moncton! J'ai apporté un manteaux de laine pour faire dry cleaner, le manteau est revenu plein de poils de chats, pas nettoyer, comme si quelqu'un l'avait mis dans une laveuse. Propriétaire blame le client, refuse de nous laisser quitter sans payment. Je ne retournerai jamais à cette établiesement!

    Worst customer se...

    Worst customer service I've received in 10 years of been in Moncton. Owner John unable to meet with us to resolve issue. This dry cleaner is unable to remove cat hair from wool jacket. Wool jacket looks like it was put in washing machine. Would not return my jacket unless I pay for service. Be aware of this kind of business practice!

    Excellent service

    I've been using this drycleaning service since I moved from Fredericton in 2001 and have had the "best service I've ever had with drycleaning". I have dealt with 2 other places in the Moncton area, just to try them out, and they are no where near the quality or friendliness of Prestige. I used to live in Riverview and now live in Moncton so have used both locations, the good service is the same at both locations. I've met the owners who care about their small business, the customer experience is important to them which is apparent when you talk to them. If you'd like to have a pleasant place to do your drycleaning business with then I recommend them highly.

    Seamstress is sick

    Both my husband and myself were new to the area. No communication was done, they worked on clothes without discussing a price as the seemstress was sick. We recevied nothing but excuses as to why the closthes were not cleaned and why they decided to work on the clothes. In the end my husband had to negotiate a price to get his clothes back. My husband needs his clothes for work. We had to purchase new suits and dress shirts as they missed the time period that the clothing was suppose to be returned. No phone calls were made as to what was going on until after we had to follow up with them. Including a request from my husband to have the owner call. The staff passed the message and the owner knew to call but didn't bother. We know this as he quoted partial conversations that we had with their staff. Take your business some where else in my opinion.

    Dogs allowed ?

    Just wanted to post a quick review of this business. Here are a couple of things you should consider before conducting business with this establishment: 1) THE OWNERS / STAFF DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE - this means smile, make eye contact and don't focus on just making money. 2) ANIMALS IN THE BUILDING - unprofessional and dirty this is a cleaning business. 3) OTHER CLIENTS COMPLAINING WHILE I WAS THERE Dry cleaning is expensive and I will drive the extra mile to have my clothing cleaned properly with good service. I heard that they have 2nd location in river view and I am definitely looking forward to avoiding them with my business.
