Hudson's Bay Mic Mac Mall

I called this business seventeen times seeking to talk to the mens clothing department. No anwer: interminable ringing. I called the mattress and furniture departments almost as many times with the same outcome. This is a symptom of a store having incompetent management. Change is urgently needed, given that the firm is struggling.

Impossible to reach anyone at the local store (Dartmouth,NS). It kept giving me different options after each previous option had no one answering the extension. Finally got to a call back number option, but the number it listed for my call back was their own store number! Gave me the option to put a different number in, so put my number in but it didnt register that I was adding a number and thought I was trying to select another option so finally gave up!

I called and received an immediate answer which provided an electronic menu. I followed the prompts and was speaking to someone in a matter of a minute or two. No complaints.

They don't answer there telephones and the system doesn't take a message. Sucks, I am not going to keep calling. I guess they don't want our business.
