Very disappointed. The flyer of April 13th to 19th showed a picture of 2 herons. We went on the 16th and were told due to the storm they had not been delivered. We then put our names on the list to be called and would receive the herons at the sale price. We were called on Friday the 27th. The ones delivered were grotesque in comparison to the ones shown in the flyer. Thy would not honor the sale price for the ones shown in the flyer. Last visit!

I visited this store for the first time this year as I only moved into the area recently. The store is absolutely beautiful. I spent nearly 2 hours and still didn't see everything. They even have clothing! The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist me even though it was a very busy day. I will be back, again and again and again.

Superstore ! wow we went on the weekend - What a facility, it is truly the superstore of all Garden Centres - you name it & they have it great value too - Selection - Service - Value , staff is very friendly & helpful - a must on your shopping list !

Do not use this service if u would like your order delivered on time, or at all. Used this service to deliver on a Friday before 3:00, and they got there way after the office was closed, then went on Saturday when it was obviously closed. I wasn't aware of any of this and had to contact them to ensure that the flowers were delivered, which they were NOT. All I was offered was a credit. Obviously you have to supply a credit for a product that was never delivered. Horrible service.
