I paid for my order in full in advanced but when I received it one item was missing. Very bad customer service, not action taken to send me my missing item or issue a refund. No respect, do not answer calls and do not take customer complain seriously. I would not recommend dealing with this business.

We went for my daughters fitting for her first set of school uniforms today. We had EXCELLENT service from everyone in the store. We waited in the parking lot for our appointment as per COVID rules and we were waved in ahead of time. We were met by a VERY pleasant and helpful worker who helped to guide us on quantity of items we needed based on her own experiences in high school. Everything was run very efficiently and was so well organized. We were out within 30 minutes very happy!

The heavy older lady with the short blond hair (who I assume is the manager) rudely yelled at me in front of everyone because my son took 5 minutes over his time in the fitting room. She also was not wearing a mask, which I found concerning, since everyone else in the store including customers and staff are required to. The whole experience felt rushed and pressured. Half an hour is not enough time! The only good part was the young lady who helped us who was very nice & knowledgeable.

Hours are terrible...items are often unavailable. And yes, they try too sell sizes that are way too big and get upset when you ask them to get smaller sizes. My kids are still waiting for their youth size gym shirts.

Terrible...I was emailed and called to confirm items were ready, drove an hour to pick up and the items were nowhere to be found. Must be nice to rely on school contracts. I would love to have an alternative.

The blond older lady was by far the worst person I’ve met in the customer service field. She tried to force a size on us that was 3 sizes too big, then got angry and critiqued the teenage employee in front of all the customers. I couldn’t believe it. She should not be working there. I’ll stick to ordering online.

An item my daughter wanted was on back order. We were told we needed to pay in advance and the item would arrive in 2 weeks. This was 5 weeks ago. Also, had an item we purchased a few months ago that never got worn. I asked to do an exchange for something else and was denied, even though it was unworn and still has tags attached. Frustrating. I wish we had other options for uniforms, if we did I would purchase elsewhere.

Last year waited 3 months for pants, paid in advance. Child disciplined for not being compliant with uniform. Did not have pants again this year, missed more classes. I had uniform style pants from old navy embroidered for first day. Fine for month at school neat tidy. As uniforms are a profit centre for schools, they spend so much time making sure you buy from supplier, but often not available. Absolute frustration!
