    These people pres...

    These people present themselves professionally and do a great job of making you feel that they're going to take care of you. We had a similar bad installation experience with these guys. The cut at our patio door was crooked and out by almost an inch and there were several big pulls in pile. They wanted to repair it by cutting and gluing the pile! I paid for brand new carpeting not damaged, repaired carpet! The mgr refused to consider any other solution. Don't trust them!

    Take your money/unfinished work

    Ron and Mark were very quick to make the sale and take the payment, but when extremely poor installation work was brought to their attention, the top notch service ended. They sent an installer out to fix the job. He did nothing the first visit but take up my time. When he returned, he sliced up my carpet instead of moving my furniture, pulled the carpet out and away from the walls, then decided he couldn't fix it. Indicated that the carpet would have to be replaced, and needed to be ordered. I have left 8 or more messages in the past two weeks. No Mark and no Ron. Jeff however indicated today Feb 14, 2013, that he has always given Mark my messages and he does not return them, and that they are screening my calls. Gotta love caller ID. I would NEVER recommend these people. My basement is proof of their services. One massive unsightly seam that runs from one end to the other, one side of the basement has carpet, sliced and curled up against my wall. "Satisfaction is Guaranteed"? I am embarrassed to show my basement. Photos to follow.
