Service

Had truck in for repairs they had to order a part and was told that they would call when part was in. Checked back with them six weeks later and after while was told they forgot to order the part Great service eh?

What the heck?

Took the vehicle in for diagnostics and repair. After taking attitude from the service manager about what they booked the car in for and why I was there, we left with the understanding we would receive a phone call advising us of the issue and to determine if we were going to leave it to fix or pick it up. After 3 hours and no phone call we returned for our vehicle. We were advised of the problem and billed a $35.00 diagnostic charge. We weren't even given the option to repair the vehicle. Not sure what the point of that trip to the service station was. After discussing this with others I have heard of several complaints regarding the same service manager we dealt with. I would recommend avoiding this service station at all costs...
