Called them because I had some questions relating work opportunities and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee used a rude tone of voice, was annoyed, answered differently when asked the same question multiple times, and it seemed as if she was trying to get me off the phone.

There was a disturbing incident involving a presumably homeless man and security. He, the homeless man, was struggling to hold his canned food. He was shaking terribly and looked to need medical assistance.My friend told the cashier this man needed help.The cashier had called security who came and proceeded to handcuff and drag this man out of the store. When my friend insisted he had done nothing wrong, she was threatened with being banned from the mall. This was unprovoked cruelty on YOUR part
