Terrible service!

We came to this restaurant on Saturday around 8 PM, asked how long we need to wait to be seated for couple people. They told - 10 minutes, and sent us to a lounge to wait. We grabbed beer waiting...and waiting...and waiting... After 45 minutes I asked for table or manager. In a one minute a table was ready! Place is busy at that time, and waitresses and other personnel served their relatives, friends etc first on the line... When we finally got a table, no one came to our table and ask for water, or wine, or napkins or whatever. Service is terrible, terrible! Doesn't like I am in Canada. Food is OK. Think that for this quality place is overpriced. I will never ever go this place again, and will tell all my friends to avoid this restaurant.

Amazing Dinner with friends

I ate at Tandoori Flame last weekend and I had such a great time. Very friendly staff, and great service. Food was amazing too. Definitely could tell it was unlike many other buffet restaurants I've been to. The restaurant is very beautiful and nicely decorated. For sure my FAV place

Favourite spot

This is very close to where I work. I am a big fan of Indian food and I often take clients and colleagues to this location. Many of my clients and colleagues have returned on their own with their spouse and or friends. The food is well prepared and tasty, plus there is enough variety to satisfy just about everyone, including children. I started eating Indian food in the early 70's in high school. My friend Upkar, immigrated from India to Canada at that time, and over the years I have had the pleasure of eating home cooked meals with him and his relatives and friends. Tandoori Flame comes closer to that home cooked experience than any of the many restaurants across Canada that I have visited.
