Lola was very helpful in finding us a comfortable couch within our budget. The whole shopping experience was easy and we're happy with our purchase.
Lola at Lazy boy was fantastic!!! she understood our concerns with 3 kids on what we needed that would be durable and long lasting. She was amazing and so helpful! cant wait to get our lazyboy couches soon!

However it was the Lead-Consultant Regional-Store Trainer who was able to steward and problem-solve the availability of an item within a time-sensitive period that not only impressed the service to be had at this location, but also the empathy that provides the peace of mind for the consumer; well beyond locality.
