    Spartan installed pot lights in our dining room. Very professional, clean installation. I would recommend and use them again.

    In order to ask for any warranty work, a home owner need to fill the request application, with research, where and how equipment is working, not working, all details. If in their opinion it is wrong, they can charge a builder $75. It takes forever to ask, make and wait for an appointment. We were waiting for 5 months. They came but did not fix sockets shutting down on arc-fault breaker and refused to come again. Do not have instruments to check such breakers. A builder ask to find someone else

    Hi Vitalki, Sorry we don't have your name listed in our sales database to contact you. To builders, we provide a troubleshooting guide for fixing common electrical issues. We find 90% of issues are resolved when builders use this guide with homeowners. When homeowners are unable to provide specific troubleshooting information to the builder,it may take many trips out to troubleshoot and repair. We are a 43+ year electrical contracting company that have many tools and experience to repair issues.
