Worst possible experience!
What a terrible establishment. Took over 1 hour to deliver. When food arrived cold, I called to complain, the owner answered yelled at me and told me I was a bad customer for complaining. Food has zero flavour, rice tasted day old. Over priced for what we got. Avoid at all costs!
If you havent been, you should definitely visit this restaurant, and then visit it again and again. If you have a gluten allergy, the staff will do their best to suggest and accommodate you with menu items that are fresh and very satisfying. This is the first restaurant I have ever been to that makes gluten free soya sauce available to their diners upon request, and I have been to a lot of Japanese Chinese fusion restaurants. Please do not make the mistake of not giving QQ the chance to impress.

For context I’ve been to QQ well over 20 times.
I’m now confident in saying that QQ is TERRIBLE.
Charged $55 before tip for two adult and a 6 y/o child for lunch. Waitress is something else.. If you’ve been to QQ then u know her; often overcharges, more interested in her cell phone, slams dishes onto table, never refills beverages, generally gives everyone attitude, etc.
Spoke to a manager and he simply did not care.
QQ will never change.
I never complain boy I never. But this restaurant I have to tell you, if you want the food only, fine. But if you take your girlfriend there, you WILL lose her. The service is atrocious. Server acted as if we owe her a million and kept slamming dishes onto the table. We tried every opportunity to say thanks and please, totally ignored. Wed want the check, server surly demanded we walk up and pay near cashier. Absurd. Never go back. Not expecting it to survive.
I’m doing a low-carb diet, I asked if they could make me sushi without rice, and they excepted the challenge!! it was fantastic! they have a lot of selection for people that are doing low-carb, keto.

Food is good but customer service sucks. Servers not at all friendly nor welcoming.
Visited twice since July 2018 and not going back a 3rd time and if you ask for a take out container for any remaining food on your plate, they charge for the container!!!
Absolutely disgusting will never go there again the cook is chewing the whole time and spitting in a can next to where he makes food DIRTY. this place should be shut down.
Worst sushi experience ever. They gave us things we didn't order. When we said we didn't order them they showed us the sheet where we wrote our order. The order was there, but not in my hand writing! They said I ordered 40 clams. I didn't order 40 of anything, nonetheless clam which I don't even like. There was even a whole sheet, in handwriting not my own, filled with orders I never made. They tried to tell me that I ordered this. I feel very lied to. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.
Hubby and i just had lunch here. We each ordered the $5.95 lunch special. It was very good. Next time will do the all u can eat buffet. Food made fresh to order.
