Viana Dental White Oaks Mall - Jalna Entrance

I saw a promotion online, so I called to book an appointment, and clearly stated that's why I was booking an appointment. When I was seated, I stated that promotion was my reason for coming twice more. After x-rays, I was walked out and was told someone would call to follow up. When I inquired why I only received half a service, I was told the staff there aren't aware of promotions, and that it didn't apply to me. I was ignored the entire time. I was told that my child needed pediatric crowns by this office although I couldn't see any visual damage to the teeth discussed. When I looked it up and realized what paediatric crowns were and the extent of the damage they were usually used to treat I requested a second opinion from a different dentist and was told that my childs teeth could be fixed with a couple small fillings. On top of the fact that paediatric crowns look horrible, they are expensive and much more invasive than a filling.

Most offices I feel like I am rushed in and out but here they really take the time to address everything. I felt as ease from the first appointment and it has been 10 years later since I have been in and nothing has changed. They got me right back on track. the girls treat me good.

Horrible! Told me I had cavities when there was nothing on my xray and now I have been in pain for 6 months from the fillings they gave me. I have to have them taken out and have medicated fillings put in. I might end up needing a root canal on what was a perfectly healthy tooth before I went to this office! DO NOT GO THERE!

Dr. Viana completely nailed my tissue graft. I went in apprehensive, but when I eventually left, I felt really relieved. It's now two days already and I am pain free. He performed an exceptional job. Everybody here is highly professional and friendly. Free tea and other gifts as well. They have always treated me fine. I strongly recommend them.

There was a tooth at the back of my mouth which hurt when I ate anything. My dentist told me that it was a wisdom tooth which had to be extracted. He performed the procedure and gave me medicines for the swelling. He did a great job.

My husband bit a part of his tooth during Thanksgiving and luckily we got a dentist appointment the following week. The dentist said it was an easy procedure and he would replace the broken part using a crown. It was quick and painless and his tooth is good as new.

I’m a model and having pearly whites is imperative while in this business. I think my dentist does this job very proficiently. She ensures that my teeth are whitened uniformly and also that the enamel coating on them does not get eroded due to these procedures. I recommend her highly.

During my last visit to the dentist, she had told me about my wisdom teeth which had grown. She told me that whenever they started to hurt, I was to get them extracted. When they did start to pain, I wasn’t looking forward to getting them extracted. But my dentist, she assured me she would make it as painless as possible and made the whole process seem do-able. I booked an appointment for the surgery. She did a great job and her tips on food and pain management went a long way. Great job!

I had a yellow build up between my teeth since I was a child and I didn’t think much of it. When I had pain in my gums, I went to the dentist who told me that I had plaque. He performed a procedure where he cleaned up all of the plaque and told me how to avoid it. Good oral hygiene is so essential.

I had cavities in my molars which I had not noticed. While getting a check up done, my dentist noticed that small cavities were forming and immediately took action. Because the cavities were small, It was professional of the dentist to notice these and cull them out immediately. I would not have even noticed them till they were too painful and that would have caused me much inconvenience. . I will continue routine check ups because I know my dentist will look out for my best dental health.

All 3 of my kids see Dr. Viana and LOVE going to the dentist. His staff is great with my little ones (ages 4 to 10), and he is great at communicating with me about what to watch, what spots need extra brushing etc. Can't recommend him enough!
