Horrible staff. Rude and dirty looking.

Stay clear of this horrible shop, absolutely the worst wedding dress experience a bride to be could ever have. Demeaning insulting and miserable staff working there.

I got my bridesmaid dresses here & they were unacceptably disorganized and rude. DO NOT GO HERE. I have kept a record of many of the issues I had with them but it goes over the character count for this review. A few highlights: - Almost ordered the wrong dress colour. - Rude to me b/c one of my bridesmaids was pregnant & ordering her dress later. - Lost my file. - Late to ship fully paid-for dresses. Overall I had a terrible experience and would warn brides to stay away.

DO NOT GO THERE!

I went for my friend, who is a plus-sized gal, but full of life and spunk. She is normally quick to laugh about anything, but the saleslady there made her feel HORRIBLE! When we first walked in and they asked who the bride was, the lady made a look when B spoke up. She then proceeded to ignore what B was looking for and instead pulled dresses which were "in her size". Despite being assured by another saleslady at the Toronto Bridal Show that they have thousands of plus-sized dresses, our saleslady only found 6. When B saw a dress that she loved but the sample wouldn't fit her, the lady had the nerve to suggest that one of her friends should try it on! We left after trying on two dresses. B is now utterly heartbroken by her first dress experience and what should have been a fun experience almost out the girl in tears... which isn't easy to do! I am now warning everyone against this store!
