Great experience!...

Great experience! Everyone in the building is friendly, the entire store was nice and clean, and they very nicely told me stuff that I needed to know. There was no rudeness whatsoever, despite what Kathleen talked about. Great place if you need that ice cold treat in your life.

I called in to or...

I called in to order a birthday cake early in the morning and was informed very rudely that they don't do same day cake orders and that I would get what I get when going to the store. I don't mind that that's a rule but I really didn't appreciate the attitude from whoever answered.
