before booking the cottage I was assured each cottage was properly cleaned and inspected before arrival, however, the cottage was disgustingly dirty..food on the floors, garbage bags left, bodily fluids in the toilet, and unusable shower, cutlery with food stuck on them, ants and spiders everywhere,windows with no screens, and a fridge with giant spills in it. clearly there is no cleaning staff/no one even came in and checked the cottage; even though their website states so.
