Staty away from Mother's Choice, a worst retailer
I purchased a glider on May 30 and I was told the item will be ready in 6-8 weeks as it is also written on the invoice. The sales also say they will keep me posted when gilder is ready to pick up. Its been 3m now and I still have not received the item. What angry me the most is that they never try to call me and update me the status. During the past 3m I have to call them constantly to find out when the product will be available. That is a very bad customer service. Even on Aug 11, I called them and had a fight with the sales, Liz.. At the end of the conversation, she said she will call on Aug 16 to let me know if product will be ready to ship out? Again, I received no phone call from Mother's Choice at all. All in all, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MOTHER'S CHOICE. THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN, NOT BEING RESPONSIBLE TO CUSTOMERS.
