Mr Fish And Chips

I moved from Unionville to Newmarket two years ago. I still make a monthly pilgrimage to Mr Fish and Chips because I haven't found anything remotely comparable from here to Vaughan. The fish batter is light and flaky. Their chips are good, but the potato fritters (my personal favourite) are lip-smacking goodness. The eat-in area is pretty basic. Definitely NOT somewhere to go on a first date. Come for the food, not the ambiance.

I love this place. I've gone and ordered just the fritters (deep fried potato slices) for my entire dinner. Great food and I wish the owner all the best!

Best Fish and Chips in Town!

I was introduced to this fast food restaurant about 2 years ago and after trying other Fish and Chips restaurants it's the only place I'll go! It could use a touch up but I go there for the great fish and chips. I love it!

Very very basic, no fancy atmosphere that tries to hide poor meals. Excellent Fish, great batter, loads of very good chips, very good value, just the way I like it when I eat out. Eat there once a week.
