    This is a great place to shop for pets. The staff is helpful with their advice and suggestions when asked. They love when your pet comes in and give a treat if it is OK with the pet owner. I have shopped there for years and enjoy my visits there . The staff is friendly and always make it a good experience.

    I had the most amazing experience yesterday. I was helped by Breanna,lovely girl that gave me great advice on my long haired cat That I wasn't going to keep!!! Wonderful ,friendly atmosphere. Definitely going back.

    Avoid, hidden charges, not honest with prices on grooming of your pet, has, happened before too, find a more honest one, this place will add on charges, despite the job they do being what you take them for in the first place. Very greedy.

    I recently had the extreme displeasure/made the monumental mistake of choosing to have my cat groomed at Pet Valu's Fitch Street location in Welland. Not only had my appointment been cancelled without my knowledge, upon arrival the groomer in question was incredibly rude, hostile, and impatient; excellent! I just wasted sixty-dollars on an unprofessional, unpleasant individual who belittled and embarrassed everyone involved over a fault of her own. I have never had a negative experience having m

    Our policy is to inform customers of appointment changes and according to our records this was done, and we understand that your cat was still groomed as per your original appointment. Upon receiving your complaint on another review site, it was investigated and we now consider the matter closed.
