The plumber was supposed to come between 10 AM and 12 PM. At 8:20 PM (more than 8 hours after the given time limit), the guy has not come. Every time I called him, there was a new excuse, getting sillier every time (more than 2 hours for dinner?). If he did not want the job, he should have just said so!
Do not call them , do not waste your time. I booked and appointment a week in advance, took a day off. They didnt show up. I called several times and got a response that they are on their way. Finally they called me at 5:30Pm to confirm my location. I still accepted their visit. When the contractor figured the scope of work, he refused to come, he said that his boss never told him what to do
Had these guys install 2 hot water tanks in my tenants basement during the day while I was at work, I checked the job a few days later only to find the old tanks still in the basement, I think for the price I paid they could have at least removed the old tanks... or maybe mention that they didn't offer the removal service thenI would of went with a company that did.
Ils m'avait donné un rendez-vous à 11h00, il est présentement 15h00, et ils ne se sont jamais présentés. Je les ai appelé à mainte reprise, et leur excuse c'est qu'ils sont pris dans le trafic, mais pourtant il y a un chien qui jappe à l'arrière. J'ai perdu une journée à les attendre et mon problème n'est toujours pas réglé. PAS PROFESSIONNEL.
On vous a appelé à quelques reprises pour vous informer que nos plombiers étaient en urgence. C'est vous-même qui avez annulé parce que vous étiez limité dans le temps.

Très bon service, travail bien fait par un plombier avec beaucoup d'expérience et sympathique. Je rappelerai sans hésiter si j'ai un problème!
Jason was on time, very efficient, cleared out our drainage system and didn't try to fix anything that wasn't broken. The bill was reasonable and the service was great. Would definitely recommend.
