Je ne comprends pas où va notre société, le service est de pire en pire. Aujourd'hui j'ai appelé la clinique pour prendre un rendez-vous urgent avec notre médecin car j'ai trouvé un corps étranger dans ma poitrine, la réceptionniste a été extrêmement impolie et antipathique, elle m'a parlé grossièrement et a criée . Elle a raccroché sans me donner de rendez-vous. J'ai dû rappeler.

Went to see two different specialists on different days. The staff were exceptionally nice, and communication was quick and straightforward. Appears new, clean and right next to the Glen, Vendome metro so easy to get to. Was a plasure.

Claim to be an Open Family Clinic for Diabetes Endocrinology and other SPECIALITIES.. However there are many numerous Escuses of HIDDEN Fees attached to a Quebec System which should not be charged. Administration puts you on Hold, Forgets you..to Point of System Dropping you on Line. Messages are Incomplete for RDVs...Very LONG waiting Period to get Follow-Up. Let Alone Walk-In Appointments.
